Hi, I’m Tejaswini Kshirsagar, currently working as a Data Analyst (Researcher) at Z Collective. I’ve always been drawn to uncovering structure in chaos; solving data challenges gives me the same sense of clarity and satisfaction as completing a complex puzzle. I’m driven by the idea that data, when understood deeply, can shape smarter decisions and real-world impact.

I hold a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and have over three years of experience working across data analytics, research, and business intelligence. My work involves transforming raw data into insights, building intuitive visual narratives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide business outcomes. I enjoy digging into the “why” behind the numbers and identifying patterns that lead to practical solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing table tennis and badminton, discovering intriguing movies and shows, and solving all sides of a Rubik’s Cube! I’m someone who values both structured thinking and creative exploration, whether through data or daily life
